Born and raised in Wellington, Hayden completed a Bachelor in Design at Massey University before his interest in sailing led him to work on racing yachts. Making the most of opportunities, together with hard work, Hayden gained high level managerial experience and was Boating Operations Manager at the Royal Perth Yacht Club before joining the team at NLC Payroll. He’s excited to be joining a family run business with a positive reputation in the payroll industry. When not in the office, he can be found on the golf course or sailing and catching fish.

With a 30-year career in business analysis and payroll consulting, Mike is a leading payroll specialist who has worked on many high-profile contracts for a diverse range of companies, across both the private and public sector. ​Mike’s interest in international trends and advances in payroll HR software has led to NLC Payroll’s alignment with SpinifexIT and Data Inview.

Kellie Bishell

Kellie’s 30-year career spans payroll and includes 10 years’ experience in the remediation of payroll systems (in line with the Holidays Act). Kellie has worked with a wide-range of businesses, from small to large and across both the private and public sectors.

Karl McKenna

Having studied English Literature and History, followed by a teaching stint in Japan, Karl took the obvious next step and joined NLC Payroll as a Bureau Administrator. When starting in 2015 there were only 3 members in the team, and he has since progressed to Bureau Manager and is now keeping everyone happy as our multi talented Account Manager.

Operations Manager

Caitlin started with NLC Payroll in 2015 as a Payroll Administrator when the Bureau consisted of just 3, later moving to Consultant, utilising her passion for legislation, and became the Operations Manager in 2019. Caitlin was integral in NLC Payroll’s expansion into the Australian market, heading up the new Melbourne office.

Office Manager

Gloria brings with her 30 years’ experience in the financial sector and 10 years in the transport industry, this explains her plethora of knowledge about anything and everything, she is our administration ninja. Gloria enjoys the youth and team comradery at NLC Payroll, and the opportunity to grow with the company. When not buzzing around the office, Gloria can be found out on the field Leisure Marching with other amazing woman.

Caleb Adie

Caleb Adie

Bureau Team Leader

Caleb studied Arts at La Trobe University. He started with NLC Payroll as a Payroll Administrator in 2019 and he has since progressed to Bureau Team Leader. On weekends, Caleb enjoys walking and training with his dog, travelling (Japan is his favourite place) playing video games and watching movies.
